The outdoor experimental site of Henan Juyan New Materials is a professional open-air testing base integrating research and development, testing and demonstration. The site simulates real outdoor working conditions such as road and bridge, water conservancy and municipal engineering, and reproduces natural environments including sun exposure, rain erosion, temperature difference variation and acid-base corrosion. It conducts long-term actual tests on weather resistance, penetration protection, color stability and aging performance for anti-corrosion and protection materials including silane paste and tinted silane.
Relying on the harsh real outdoor environment, the site continuously verifies the formula compatibility and long-term protection performance of products, and optimizes construction techniques and application solutions. Supported by actual on-site test data, it strictly controls product quality, enabling silane series protection materials to withstand long-term outdoor service, and providing reliable products and technical support for concrete anti-corrosion and protection of various infrastructure projects.
