Product Introduction

Introduction

This technology is based on nanoscale silane materials and provides three-dimensional protection for concrete structures through a complete immersion process. Silane molecules penetrate deep into the pores of the concrete, forming a permanent protective layer via chemical bonding. This effectively prevents the erosion of the concrete by water and water-borne harmful substances, while significantly enhancing its resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and chloride ion ingress.

 

Characteristics

  • 1 :Possesses excellent permeability, penetrating deep into the interior of concrete materials to protect the substrate's internal structure from water damage.

  • 2 :Offers ideal resistance to chloride ion penetration, effectively reducing chloride ion ingress by over 90%.

  • 3 :Forms a stable, cross-linked silicone resin network through a chemical reaction with inorganic silicate-based substrates; consequently, its service life matches that of the protected concrete.

  • 4 :Exhibits excellent water and alkali resistance; the water absorption rate is less than 7.5% (compared to 100% for untreated concrete).

  • 5 :Does not alter the visual appearance of the concrete structure, making it particularly suitable for the surface protection of fair-faced concrete.
