Silane Impregnation Liquid

Silane impregnation liquid is a high-performance concrete protective product based on nano-molecule silane materials. Through a complete impregnation process, it provides all-around, three-dimensional protection for concrete structures. Silane molecules can deeply penetrate the pores within the concrete, reacting chemically with hydroxyl groups in the substrate to form a stable and durable protective layer. This product effectively blocks the intrusion of moisture, chloride ions, salts, and other harmful media, significantly inhibiting freeze-thaw damage, steel corrosion, and concrete deterioration, and greatly improving the structure's resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, chloride ion penetration, and corrosion.

Technical Features

  • Excellent permeability, penetrating deep into concrete materials to protect the internal structure of the substrate from water damage;

  • Ideal resistance to chloride ion penetration, effectively reducing chloride ion penetration by over 90%;

  • Forms a stable network-like silicone resin structure through chemical reaction with inorganic silicate substrates, thus its service life is the same as the protected concrete;

  • Excellent water and alkali resistance. Water absorption rate <7.5%, 100% after 100% water absorption;

  • Does not alter the appearance of the concrete structure, particularly suitable for fair-faced concrete surface protection;
